Paige's Crush

Paige won't make it home by Friday, the earliest is looking like Saturday. The past couple of nights and mornings she has been pleading with me to go home. She is more than ready, me too. I look forward to putting up the Christmas tree. It is going to be up the entire month of January, to make up for our missed December. So if any of you stop or drive by our house and it is January 29th, we're not procrastinators, we're just enjoying the Christmas Spirit. Okay, maybe a little of both.

There is a volunteer here who comes Thursday and Friday afternoons. It appears to me that Paige has a crush on him. His name is Justin. He plays with Paige so well. He even comes to her room when she is getting an Albumin treatment and can't go to see him. On the first day that they met, we all played hide and seek. Today we played "Blues Clues," then did a princess puzzle (we're getting pretty pro with puzzles.) She commented to me once how she loves it when he 'teases' her. He must remind her of her dad and grandpa. It's fun to see her little crush on him. I would take him as a son-in-law one day, too bad he is old enough to be her dad.
